How Much Does It Cost To Take A Large Dog Over-Seas On A Plane?

My dog is a Hungarian vizsla. He is a medium to large dog and I want to know how much would it cost to take him on a flight from New York to Ecuador. Also, if you know, what exactly do we have to do before we can take him on that flight. (the flight is about 6 hours.)
