I wanna drop outttt??? but im `14?

ok so pretty muuch i hate school and i cannt stop ditching school i recently ran away but came back because i was tired of thiking that i was not gonna have a home and i love my mom to death and idk i just wanna drop out so bad but i kow i cant so i was thinking of homeschooling but my moms hates me so she would never do it so cann u gimme some help if theres any way i can drop out
