How can i fukcing find a part time job!?

i'm 16. i need a part time job so i can drive to school; i hate taking the bus. when i look online i have no clue if the adds for jobs are recent or not, & when i go around town & get applications in person, fill them out, & give them back, i still never get any calls back for an interview! i'v tried everywhere, pizza hut, hardees, chick fil a, & so on. even smaller less known places like sam's subs. i didn't bother with mcdonalds & bk though, they always have so many people. so, how can i get a part time job, i know the economy is bad, but there HAS to be a way, help me! this would be my first job. thanks for any advice!
