WOMEN, how do you deal with stress?

I'm a stay at home mom. I am unmarried but living with my partner. I try to chill out. Being a mom is stressful smoking helps me. I also like to take baths and is a huge stress reliever. I'm a mom,friend lover and I try to mesh all my roles and be myself. Italian/irish 26
