What would your argument be if you were defending the Wolf from the Three Little Pigs?
The burden is on the prosecutor to prove his guilt, not on the wolf to prove his innocence. So, first, I'd attack the credibility of the pigs eyewitness accounts. Did they actually see the wolf blow the house down? Are they sure it was this wolf? Do they normally wear gles? Was it daytime or a stormy night? Haven't they made prior false claims against this and other wolves? Are they, perhaps, wolf bigots? Does the wolf have an alibi? Or, can he plead insanity? Perhaps there was a full moon and we all know what that does to wolves.
