Summer boredom?

I have been doing nothing all summer. We are having construction on the house and I have nothing to do there. My boyfriend is on vacation and all my friends have plans. We cant go on vacation beecause of the house and my dad got re-called to the milatary and has only 6 days of vacation. We were supposed to go to PA, NY, and NJ for 3 weeks and now we cant. Im only 12 and my mom wont let me walk dogs, have a lemoande stand, or earn any money. The only money I can earn is by cleaning whitch she dosent and it will get messy again anyway because of the construstion. if I do the recycling half the money I get (3.00) goes to my BRATTY sister who dosent do ANYTHING all day! what is ther to do???? please help! thanks
