Scientists are rethinking where life can survive...?

Well, it seems life will find a way just about anywhere, it seems to be a rule on this planet. Since this planet is subject to the laws of the universe, I have no doubt that this rule extends throughout the universe. I would say its very likely that somewhere in the universe, if not many places, life exists. There is even a good chance that other civilizations have or will in the future exist in the universe. However, the problem with civilizations is that in order to meet them, making it actually rather improbable of ever meeting creatures from another civilization from another planet.
