How do I re-set a V-Chip on my Orion T.V. without a remote?

So yeah I accidentally set the V-chip on my T.V. so now I can't watch anything rated MA which sucks because I really like South Park. I know how to reset it with a remote but I threw it at my friend... long story so I need to know how to do it (reset the V-Chip) without a remote. Thanks.
