Where can I get info on a warrant for my arrest?

I have enlisted in the Navy, and when they did the FBI background check on me, a warrant for my arrest showed up, because of a misdemeanor charge form 1998 for a theft under $300. I did not complete my 24 hour comm. serv, so I ume that is what the warrant is for. But when my recruiter and I call around to state police,court houses, central processing station, and District attny's, they all say I have no warrant on file, but obviously the FBI has a warrant out for me. I need to get this resolved before I can leave for basic training in June, where and how can I get info on this warrant?
