Your vehicle uses a device called an IAC= idle air control valve. Its purpose it to maintain engine idle speed according to demand upon the systems being operated. When it gets dirty or sediment-ed it requires cleaning and or replacing. There is also a service called a throttle body cleaning and this cleans the area where the air enters the engine. It to is subject to sediment build up and is a big factor in idle quality. There is also a very good gasoline additive called Sea Foam that will help to clean up the carbon sediment that takes place within the engine. Hope this helps.
