Have any of you ever bought clothes online from Baby Phat or some other clothing line?

I want to start a clothing line, but I don't know what I should ship the clothes in. What do those other clothing lines use to ship their clothes and apparel in? Do they use normal envelopes and boxes or do they ship in customized packages that carry their logo? Also, do they accept responsibility if items are lost during shipping?
