Dream Interpretation: Baby Eaten by Dogs?

I had a very unsettling dream last night. I dreamed I had a baby. (The pregnancy was not of interest in my dream, neither was the birth - it was just "Oh! I'm having a baby!... Oh! Here it is.."). The baby was tiny, maybe the size of a barbie doll. It was gorgeous, I remember looking at it and it smiled at me, I totally fell in love with it. I was sitting in my room with my sister and the baby, something happened so we left the baby in the room for a second, and I come back to my dogs eating my baby. It was terrible, and graphic. I saw my little baby's arm hanging out of my dogs mouth, it looked like the little broken up bits of dead baby they show in anti-abortion photos. What could this mean?
