I have some questions about making a demo CD?

Hi Erica, as long as you state that it is a Demo, and that it is not to be sold or marketed, you can do what you like. At that stage, it is an Artistic Impression and you are in charge. If you are trying to get airplay at a professional level, make sure that the studio you go to is FCC lic and that they have the ability to get it solicited, very important. Don't forget, if you use stuff that could hit censorship issues, you will be held for distributing the unit, and that can be an ugly legal issues. Go to companies like NARIP and learn the do and don't of the recording ind. I am one of them. Great site.
