X-box (original) question?

Right so I have one of the original x-box's, which I love, but I have this small problem. I seem to have somehow lost the cable that connects the x-box to my t.v. So, first question is what the heck is the thing that plugs into the x-box and has the t.v. plug-in things so I know what o refer to it as when I'm asking for it (I'd prefer not to give that terribly moronic description to a poor sales clerk). Secondly, where might I find the aforementioned apparatus and thirdly, would one of the connectors for an x-box 360 work for a regular old x-box? Thanks in advance !
