If my xbox live account is under 18 will i be able to play/download the gears of war 3 beta?

Can somebody please answer ! I got bulletstorm epic edition so i automatically got the Gears beta but, for my xbox im under 18.(Gears of war Is rated M) i already redeemed the beta code on my account and now im worried that when the beta comes out it wont let me play because im not 18! So, do any of you know if ill be abe to play the beta or no? Ill be heated AF if i wasted my money for nothing. Write me back asap thanks
