Hardwood floor should be glued or locking ?

If you want a floor that doesn't squeak or open up seams over time, use interlock or strips that glue to each other, but not the floor. Install the wood on top of a closed cell foam pad for a nice cushion and also to avoid squeaks. The edges of the floor get covered by the baseboard trim on the wall.
