Well after i workout i get back at about 10pm and i usually sleep at like 12ish or so.?
so i get back from gym and i work out pretty hard i do cardio which burns low to mid 100's(calories) and i do a lot of weight training so im nto exactly sure how much i burn in total but its a bit. so im usually hungry a little and i have a yogurt. now i see the yogurt has a bit of carbs and stuff. is this bad? or is it ok cause im just gaining back calories. i also have a light banana at night i unfortunately cant sleep on an empty stomach. i do have a six pack but its not perfect and im wondering if its cause im only 15 and my body is still growing or cause im eating at night. well leave a good detailed response.. thx
