I'm trying to find the name of a horror movie made in late 80's or early 90's?

All I can remember about it is that a cheerleader gets crushed by bleachers in a dark empty gym and the main character gets framed when a photo copy of a hand with his cl ring is at the site of a murder. I think it all takes place in a high school.
