Do you feel like you should give candy to teenagers or adults who don't wear costumes?

I agree part of getting the candy on Halloween is participating in the holiday by wearing a costume. We do not have alot of money but if my kids want candy I make them dress up in something. IF they dont dress up then they do not get candy. And your right it does not need to be a store bought costume. Just something to show they tried. SO i am with ya on this one!!!
