Novelty Miniature explosives, what are they called, buy them in joke shops?

They are about the size of a pea, it's a white substance wrapped in a type of tissue, you take them and throw them on the ground, and they create a small spark and crackle, i bought them once, and can't remember what they are called..do you?? Thanx for your answers.
