In Pennsylvania can a grandparent sue the parents...?

My husband and I are thinking about starting a family, I've cut off ties with my mother because she is a toxic parent and I haven't had contact with her for almost a year now. My mother is a vindictive type that will do anything to hurt my husband or I and I'm wondering if we do decide to have a baby and she finds out can she under Pa law sue us to gain visitation with the baby? She has a mental illness and has been hospitalized several times for overdosing on pills (trying to commit suicide) and she threatened to kill my one Aunt just to give a brief history of how crazy she is. I don't want my children to have anything to do with her.
