Does prednisone affect male fertility?

My husband has been on prednesone on and off for the past year for Ulcerative Colitis. The longest he has been off at a time is about 2 months. What are our chances of conceiving? We've been trying for a few months and are really hoping to get pregnant. We are both 29.
